Join Jacob's Chance and other community partners for Fall Family Fest 2023! Enjoy great music, fun, a cookout, games, and even a costume parade, live performances, and family relays! All ages welcome - bring the whole family! All proceeds go towards continuing programs for individuals with disabilities.
