We partner with other organizations to adapt adventure activities so that anyone can participate! From rock climbing, to skiing, to fishing, surfing, and rafting, we ensure all adventurous spirits are able to access each opportunity and challenge themselves to reach new heights, regardless of their diagnosis.

Fishing Club with Beyond Boundaries
Registration closes on May 2nd (or when at capacity)
Dates: Mondays, May 6th - June 10th (6 weeks)
(Exception: We'll be fishing on Tues, May 28th instead of Memorial Day!)
Time: 4:30-6pm
Location: TBA! Some places we plan on going include Bryan Park, Shield's Lake at Maymont, Dorey Park, and Deep Run Park. We'll let you know where we're fishing several days in advance. (We check water/weather conditions at the ponds each week!)
Ages: 5-40
Cost: $10/day

Join Jacob's Chance, Beyond Boundaries, and our awesome volunteers for an afternoon of fishing. We'll learn about the different types of fish we'll catch, and see if we can identify each one!
Adventure Club
with Beyond Boundaries
Welcome to Adventure Club - level 1! This will be a combined club with friends from the Virginia Down Syndrome Association!
This program was created to give you the opportunity to experience new things. You’ll face challenges, practice skills, and earn different pins to show off your accomplishments. If you return to the program each session, you’ll climb the ranks of the Adventure Club, eventually becoming a Guide.

This spring, we'll be working towards earning our "pathfinder" rank and are excited to learn and explore with each of you. We'll have a mix of topics that we'll focus on each week, including camping, hiking gear and safety, shelter building, First Aid, fishing, and nature watching.
