Program Descriptions

Culinary Arts:
Fun in the Kitchen
This class is about more than just cooking - it’s about discovering your potential, building confidence, and finding joy in creating something with your own hands. The Culinary Basics class is the first step in your culinary journey, teaching essential techniques like measuring, mixing, sautéing, baking, and plating. Whether you’re cooking at home, with friends, or in a work environment, these skills will empower you to prepare meals independently or with a little help when needed.

Participant Fee: $160

Culinary Arts:
Advanced Recipes
In this advanced course, you’ll experience the challenge and reward of running each week like our very own restaurant. You’ll take on real roles, working together as a team to create gourmet, gluten-free dishes that rival professional kitchens. Whether you’re leading the prep, crafting beautiful plating, or perfecting a drink pairing, each task will push your skills and showcase what you’re capable of. This curriculum is about more than mastering recipes. It’s about understanding what makes a kitchen thrive: organization, communication, and the ability to adapt under pressure. These are skills that translate beyond the kitchen, preparing you for success in all areas of life.

Participant Fee: $160
