Single-Day
Enrichment Workshops

We are so excited to offer single day workshops to bring new opportunities for participants of all ages to explore, learn, and grow.

​​Fall 10-week day enrichment programs

September 14th - November 16th

These 10-week sessions of enriching programs are for high school graduates through age 40, focused on exploring new interests and topics through hands-on activities and shared experiences with peers. In these à la carte style programs, try one class, or take them all!

Culinary Arts:
Fun in the Kitchen

A fun, social, club-style class where participants build confidence in the kitchen while making simple recipes together. This class is geared towards participants who benefit from more support and supervision in the kitchen, and focuses on friendship, teamwork, and enjoying the experience of cooking in a relaxed, supportive environment. 

​

Participant Fee: $160 - FULL

Culinary Arts:
Independence in the Kitchen

Designed for participants who are more independent in the kitchen, this fun, club-style class teaches practical cooking techniques, kitchen safety, meal preparation, and everyday skills that can be used at home.​

Thanks to their generosity, our three Culinary Arts classes have a welcoming home each week — providing the space, tools, and resources for our chefs to explore, learn, and grow their culinary skills.

Helping Hands

A service-based program focused on giving back to the community through service projects. Each week, we will complete a different service project for a community partner while we learn about how small acts of service can make a large positive impact on the community. We will meet at a different location each week.

Improv with
Bridge 9 Theater

Step into the exciting world of improv with Bridge 9 Theater! Through fun games, interactive exercises, and creative activities, participants will build confidence while learning the fundamentals of improvisation, including collaboration, creativity, communication, and thinking on their feet. Together, they'll create original scenes, share plenty of laughs, and discover the joy of performing—all without a script!

This fall, our session will conclude with a special showcase on the last day of class where participants can demonstrate their newfound improv skills for family and friends.

Art from the Heart 

A weekly art program where participants receive guided instruction while exploring a variety of artistic styles and mediums. Each class encourages creativity, self-expression, and the development of new artistic skills.

This fall, our session will conclude with a special showcase on the last day of class where participants can celebrate their work with family and friends

Wonders of Widlife

Explore the amazing world of wildlife through fun, interactive, and hands-on experiences! This weekly program encourages learning and curiosity while discovering the animals and ecosystems around us. Each week, participants will visit a different location and dive into exciting topics such as amphibians, reptiles, fish, mammals, butterflies, birds, and more through engaging activities and real-world experiences.

Participant Fee: $160 - FULL

Music with Andrew

A fun and interactive weekly music program where participants explore a variety of musical styles, discover new instruments, and build confidence through music! Most classes begin with a group warm-up, followed by an introduction to a featured artist, genre, or instrument, and concludes with everyone playing music together.

This fall, some of our classes will feature activities such as Music Jeopardy, karaoke, instrument exploration, and other interactive music games designed to make learning fun.

Open Mic Karaoke

Open Mic is a virtual weekly Zoom gathering for participants to express themselves through music, art, poetry, or dance! Come out ready to perform or simply sit back and cheer your friends on.​​

Celebrate summer and join us for a fun and energetic karaoke-style event where you can sing your heart out to your favorite summer jams.​

Express your creativity by creating your own beaded suncatcher! Using beads, string, and wooden dowels, experiment with different colors and patterns to create a suncatcher that’s uniquely yours.​
