Program Descriptions

Culinary Arts:
Fun in the Kitchen
This class is about more than just cooking - it’s about discovering your potential, building confidence, and finding joy in creating something with your own hands. The Culinary Basics class is the first step in your culinary journey, teaching essential techniques like measuring, mixing, sautéing, baking, and plating. Whether you’re cooking at home, with friends, or in a work environment, these skills will empower you to prepare meals independently or with a little help when needed.

Participant Fee: $200

Culinary Arts:
Advanced Recipes
In this advanced course, you’ll experience the challenge and reward of running each week like our very own restaurant. You’ll take on real roles, working together as a team to create gourmet, gluten-free dishes that rival professional kitchens. Whether you’re leading the prep, crafting beautiful plating, or perfecting a drink pairing, each task will push your skills and showcase what you’re capable of. This curriculum is about more than mastering recipes. It’s about understanding what makes a kitchen thrive: organization, communication, and the ability to adapt under pressure. These are skills that translate beyond the kitchen, preparing you for success in all areas of life.

Participant Fee: $200

Improv with
Bridge 9 Theater
Step into the world of Improv Comedy with Bridge 9 Theater! Through a variety of exercises and games, students will learn the principles of improvisation: collaboration, creativity, and most importantly, play. We will create scenes together and share plenty of laughs - all without a script!

Participant Fee: $160

This dynamic program offers participants the chance to discover new passions, build skills, and enjoy meaningful social connections in a fun and supportive environment. No two Wednesdays are the same!

Participant Fee: $160

Music with Andrew
A fun and interactive weekly music program where participants explore new instruments and discover a variety of musical styles! Each class begins with a group warm-up, followed by an introduction to a featured musical artist or genre, and wraps up with everyone playing songs together.

Participant Fee: $160

Helping Hands
A service-based program focused on giving back to the community through service projects. Each week, we will complete a different service project for a community partner while we learn about how small acts of service can make a large positive impact on the community. We will meet at a different location each week.
