This Jacob’s Chance initiative blends practical training from our Culinary Arts: Independence in the Kitchen program with six industry-defined core competencies. Each week will include either building culinary skills in the kitchen, and/or classroom-style instruction focused on hospitality workplace skills. Restaurant Ready empowers participants to grow professionally and work toward long-term independence.
