This fall, Jacob’s Chance is inviting our community to Give for a Chance—a four-month journey focused on opening doors to new opportunities and possibilities for people with disabilities in our community.
We’ll follow the journey together:
SEPTEMBER — DISCOVER
Discover new interests, talents, friendships, and possibilities.
OCTOBER — CREATE
Create meaningful connections, experiences, memories, and confidence.
NOVEMBER — EMBARK
Embark on new adventures, try something new, and see what’s possible.
DECEMBER — THRIVE
Thrive in a community where you belong.
Along the way, you’ll hear stories and dreams directly from our participants, families, volunteers,
and staff and get a glimpse of what happens when someone is given a chance.

This September, we’re opening the first door of our Give for a Chance journey and celebrating the opportunities that allow people with disabilities to discover more about themselves, their community, and what they can do.

Throughout September, we’ll be sharing stories from our Jacob’s Chance community that show what happens when someone is given a chance to discover.

These Jacob's Chance siblings have been part of our community for 18 years—trying new activities, making friends, and continuing to discover new things along the way.
Submit your guess by commenting our Facebook and Instagram posts on Wednesday, September 23rd. We will reveal the answer the following day.
